Val Thorens ski resort is a magnificent downhill and off-piste ski area, a true paradise for all forms of winter sports. Its altitude guarantees exceptional snow cover, and the richness of its terrain invites every skier, whether a beginner or an experienced skier, to vary the pleasures according to their desires, to experiment with speed and thrills or to explore the mountain at their own pace. The Val Thorens ski area has 150 km of ski runs (and 600 km for the whole of the 3 Vallées area), including 11 green runs, 29 blue runs, 29 red runs and 9 black runs, at an altitude of over 2000 metres. The resort has 200 ski lifts. There are plenty of facilities, and all the pleasures of the slopes are available to young and old, beginners and experienced skiers alike: a snowpark of some 70,000 m², a boardercross, a slalom stadium, a village dedicated to children, ski schools for beginners to improve their style...
