all good, quick and easy. Thank you. I did however have to return my skis and boots a day early as i fractured my arm. In the Shop I was told that someone would email me with details of a refund for the one day. I have heard nothing as yet. please can you let me know the procedure. I had a medical note to explain. thank you. Paula

To do this, simply cancel more than 24 hours before your first day of skiing by logging into your customer account. The full refund will be processed within 3 to 10 days through the original payment method.
