An excellent team that is very focused on what customers want or need. We've used Cyril's before (and bought boots there in the past) and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Cyril himself is also an expert at modifying existing boots to fit properly, for which I'm very grateful. Being able to leave your rental equipment and boots there every night (heated boot racks) is a big plus, especially as the store is a few metres from the Marmottes 1 and Romains lifts.
