Pleasant customer service, very polite, quick and spoke good English which made the service a lot easier for myself. Located above the lift pass desk in avoriaz so managed to get my equipment ski down 200 yards to lift pass desk and be on the slopes quickly and without much effort. Paid for the performance level hire and was more than satisfied with the boots and skis.
