The Chantemerle resort is located in the Guisane valley in the Hautes-Alpes. Not far from our Chantemerle ski hire shop are the ski lifts leading to the Serre Chevalier Vallée ski area. There are 250 kilometres of slopes for you to enjoy. An ice rink and cross-country ski loops are also available.

Serre Chevalier Chantemerle Resort

Located in the commune of Saint-Chaffrey, the Chantemerle ski resort rises to an altitude of 1350 metres and is linked to the large Serre Chevalier ski area. The village enjoys exceptional snow conditions and uninterrupted views over the Guisane valley. The ski resort of Chantemerle combines friendliness and village charm! Once you've collected your equipment from our ski hire shop in Chantemerle, make the most of its entire ski area, linked to that of Serre Chevalier.

Skiing in Serre Chevalier Chantemerle

It's a pleasant area with 100 marked runs spread over some 250 kilometres and a 1,600 metre vertical drop! You'll also appreciate the snow guaranteed by the presence of snow guns, as well as its 61 ski lifts that ensure a ski-in ski-out return to the resort. The Serre Chevalier ski area has something for everyone. Experienced skiers can tackle the various steep black runs. Beginners can take advantage of the many green runs to improve their technique. High mountain off-piste itineraries await freeride enthusiasts, conditions permitting. The ski area also has eight equipped open spaces.

Aside from skiing, the resort also offers other activities such as paragliding, air bagging, snowmobiling and much more!
