Located between 1400 metres and 2550 metres above sea level, Doucy offers skiers a panoramic view of the mountains and plenty of sunshine. There are 61 runs throughout the resort, from green and blue runs for beginners to red and black runs for advanced skiers. Doucy Resort

At the entrance to the Tarentaise valley, between 1440 and 2550 metres above sea level, the ski resort of Doucy is famous for its views over the Aigueblanche basin and the Lauzière massif. Located on the edge of the forest, the ski resort still benefits from plenty of sunshine thanks to its south-facing position. All the shops you need are within easy walking distance. Find your equipment in our ski hire shop in Doucy, not far from the start of the ski runs. From the Doucy ski resort, numerous ski lifts link up with neighbouring resorts, in particular the Valmorel ski area. Skiers and snowboarders then have access to more than 90 pistes for all levels.

Skiing in Doucy

The calm and relaxing Doucy ski area is the ideal place to learn the basics of skiing. Numerous green and blue ski runs allow beginners to learn the basics of skiing. Experienced skiers can enjoy the resort to the full on the red and black runs. Directly linked to the Grand Domaine resorts (Valmorel, Celier and Saint François Longchamp), a host of other activities are available, including access to a boardercross, a snowpark and a snowcross. The link between these 3 areas means that the ski area offers 150 kilometres of pistes. All types of skiers can access the neighbouring resorts, with the return journey via a green run, suitable for all abilities.

Activities in Doucy

A wide range of leisure activities other than skiing are available in the resort. Numerous walks or snowshoe hikes will help everyone discover the magnificent panoramas the resort has to offer. Ski touring is also possible. Doucy is the official Gulli resort. Numerous events take place on the slopes and in the resort throughout the day. These various activities are sure to delight families, even toddlers. For a change from skiing, Doucy also has a toboggan run and a boarder cross. A family resort, events are plentiful and the programme of activities can be found at the Doucy tourist office.
