Pretty disinterested staff. Tried to add €30 charge to pick up skis from hotel who have agreement with them to pick up. Claimed we hadn’t booked through hotel even though had used the link the hotel sent. Skis were also used and battered, kept all the new ones back, even though beginning of season. Thoroughly dishonest.

Very good ski boot fitting. Kid had to change boots at some stage - no issues. Would recommend for hire in Belle Plagne
